If Channel partner achieves annual Product Purchase Volume Commitment, Channel partner will be eligible for the Performance Rebate Credits (to be credited after the Completion Date) provided that Channel partner’s account with Blue Ocean is in good standing, and Channel partner is in compliance with all other Program Terms and Conditions.

Channel partner’s participating as of Commencement Date: for purposes of the Quarterly Rebate only, Channel partner’s Product Purchase Volume Commitment will be measured and divided in 4 quarters (each a “quarterly Rebate Purchase Target”)

• Quarter 1 PPV will be measured from April 1 – June 30
• Quarter 2 PPV will be measured from July 1 – September 30
• Quarter 3 PPV will be measured from October 1 – December 31
• Quarter 4 PPV will be measured from January 1 – March 31

PPV applied toward Channel partner’s Quarterly Rebate Purchase Target, if any, will not be carried forward to the next Quarter.

If a Channel Partner exceeds Annual Product Purchase Target for the year, then partner will earn an accelerated Performance Rebate in accordance with the following:

PPV in excess of Channel partner’s Annual Product Purchase Target will not be carried forward to the next year. All Performance Rebate credits must be used within 6 months of issuance.
All Partner Program benefits & Performance Rebate Credits are issued on an annual basis after the completion date

Top 3 achievers in each partner program category would be eligible for exciting Incentive Trips or Gold Coins.
